?? I was only joking, yer he’s a bullx I’ve always had bullxs myself but due to one thing or another I have vowed not to keep another in my kennels so just got a collie grey now but I do love looking at all the pics of bullxs on here an maybe one day I’ll have something with a dash of bull ??

Heat tubes are the way forward, mine have one in each bed and is warmer in their beds than the house some nights but leave them on from about 4pm until 7 am next morning an costs 50p to run all 3 of them, I put a thermometer in was it was -4 and was still reading 16 degrees in beds with 2 foot of waxed shredded paper ?

Not saying that if u only keep 1 dog it will be a world beater but atleast u know u have put all ur time an effort in to making 1 be as good as it can be rather than not spending enough time with them because u have too many and none of the dogs reaching their full potential although I do know a lad on here with 2 to run this season and I bet his two will get a lot more attention and work that a lot of lads with just the one dog ?

I have two one is old that I don’t lamp but I like having two for when I am out bushing everyday in winter then will lamp the young one as often as I can in the week even if it’s just local, I’d rather have 1 good one than 4 ok ones,

This is why I find dogs so amazing and love to work with them, I have done field trails with labs trained god knows how many labs as Gundogs and I admit I have been a c**t at times and it’s no excuse but it’s what I had learnt from the so called best trainers in the world but the more people u train with the more different ways u find of teaching a dog what u want it to do, but all the bollockings the dogs have had they still want to please me which looking back makes me feel even more like a c**t, the dog that gave me the biggest lesson and taught me a life’s lesson was a Saluki x whippet and
