Love to be out and about doing bit.Too many horrible, interfering c*unts in the concrete jungle, so its nice to get away from it, and breathe some fresh air.
  1. Cheers for that bosun11, bit of a tricky one that with position of the kennel but its deffinatly something to think about. The reason ive not got a run is because I dont want the dog feeling trapped which would I fear only escalate the problem.I had 12 footer before and to be honest it was a nightmare, this way hes got much more freedom , so its not about corner cutting or putting effort in, its just more practicle in my eyes.Im giving him as much exercise as possible at the minute as hes got a lot of fat on him that im trying to turn into muscle. His last owners being giro junkies, and I bet o
  2. Hes on chain because its just a kennel(no run).Been throwing water on him but I dont think its having the effect it first did.Think bones are next step.Really dont want to get rid .Am not having him in the house, lagging all over and in the bin, cant leave owt on the sides and knocking everything thing over playing fighting with my terrier.Na the gardens best bet for him. Edited, Bosun..
  3. Just bought 10month old bull x pup, a real cracking looking dog, very obident and about as laid back as you get. When im out I couldnt ask for more on or pff the lead, get him home and its a different story.I keep him outside in a kennel on a 10foot chain, and at first he was fine. But for last few days hes doing my nut clean in with his whistling crying and his barking,I cant imagen what the neighbours are thinking!!!.He got me up at least once every hour last night and its getting beyound a joke.I really dont want to get rid but hes starting to test are lasses patients.Anyone any suggestions h
  4. Recalls not an issue with this dog, hes absolutely spot on, think it must be to do with him only ever been in a garden, hes proper took to me..Hes very weary around live stock, which I suppose is a blessing, rather backing off than any interest in chasing. One step at a time I say How do I put pictures on?
  5. After falling out with the lamping game for a bit, I went out the other night and got the bug again. So after a frantic look on the net, ive gone out and bought 3/4 grey 1/4 bull pup.Never really been a big fan on bull xs but ive found a cracking looking blue brindle dog 9months old and never seen a thing and only been kept as a pet.Hes a result of a half x to full greyhound and is about as steady as it comes, a real laid back type. Not having a great deal of exsperience in bringing bull xs on, can anyone tell me the pros and cons with this breed and maybe give some advice to help me along way!!
  6. Yeh defo sounds a bit suspect that at 5month?..pups havnt even got the shape or muscle tone at that age.not saying it hasnt been done like...just sounds abit iffy.Round about 10months is the right age for me to start a pup, just started mine last night, daft as a brush but hel come good given time am sure.
