30 acres wont keep a lot of sheep maybe 100 tops and that will be grazing it tight and having to spend a lot on feed over winter and to get lambs finished -

you will be able to get a caravan on site really easy as you have livestock on site and need to be close in time you will be able to build a house on the site for the same reason. I know a few farmers who have done this -
