Now bear in mind Russia only got the hump after Zalenski facilitated the murder of thousands upon thousands of ethnic Russian's in the Donbas and south. This conflict should have been over in weeks. I was once given a dog the travellers had dumped, All in all she was an half decent bitch, worked with the gun and ferrets and was quiet and clean in her kennel. BUT she had a habit i could not break and in the end that's what made us part company. She could eat a whole full grown rabbit, Furr. guts, feet the lot in less than a couple of minutes, she was fine with rabbits in nets but if she coursed one up herself she would just eat it and given the opportunity she would repeat it as well. Now whilst this was frustrating. the worst thing was, She could smell a mouldy corpse from miles away. wat

No mate. loosing weight is really simple. Eat Less. Move more, if your using more energy than your eating the body will naturally break down store fat to replace the energy its not getting from food. My diet was, 2 slices of wholemeal toast and butter for breakfast, an wholemeal sandwich for lunch. Tuna and sweetcorn, Cheese and onion or whatever then for tea it could be a full English or steak, pork with veg even fried rice dishes.

Very simple really, Cut out all the junk and especially sugar, I only eat wholemeal carbs and eat proper meals in realistic portions, it really is simple, just a change of attitude towards food. I also stopped drinking and all takeaways.

Look at a picture of people in the 1970`s very few fat people, The difference in my opinion is diet, todays diet is mainly processed foods where as back in the 1970`s most meals were made from scratch apart from the odd visit to the chippy on a Friday. I was diabetic with heart disease a year ago, 15s 7lb, fast forward to today, 11s 5oz, no longer diabetic and my heart problem appears to be in remission. Purchased a Drummond round bed lathe a week or so ago, The serial number dates it between 1904 and 1912, been giving it a going over mechanically. Apart from the obvious rust and old solid grease issues its fine after 112 to 120 years of use, Cost me £120. I have decided to leave it cosmetically as it is with just a light clean up.

Surely the offence was not as indicated in the article but rather a trespassing in pursuit of game or similar offence, The fact he had dogs and ferrets is just misleading the public into thinking the use of dogs and ferrets is against the law, I am talking about England here as i am not sure on the laws in Scotland.
