this one is a 6ft pistol grip, brought it off a South African bloke the other week, To be honest i am not 100% sure that i like it. A question for you, is there something like a rubber float stop that you can use to slide up an offset weed hook to secure the bait at the top, tried a normal float stop but just managed to hook my finger half a dozen time Lol

I think for me the simplicity is the thing that makes me interested, Spent years feeder fishing got £1000`s of quid's worth of tackle but to be honest i have lost interest now, This fish and move idea really appeals to me.

The biggest eel i have ever seen was dead on the bank after they dredged the canal up by Burton Hastings back in the early 1980`s this thing was huge, possibly 3" thick and easily 3ft long

I am not completely new to it but have been watching a fair bit on YouTube. I have a little 6ft Diawa Presso in 0.5 to 5g with a little Shamano Sienna 500 reel and a 6ft Bass Pro Shops stick in 7 to 19grm with a little bait caster reel. Really enjoyed the couple of hours on the local Canal even though something removed all the front appendages on my creature bait lol

i just sort of wandered through life. At school i wanted to be a game keeper but at that time there was only Sparsholt college that were doing courses, To get on a course you had to have 12 months experience, Well that was never going to happen locally as i was already well known to all the local keepers, So i decided on engineering, now i was shit at on the odd occasion i attended school. But i took the Bennet's mechanical engineering test and the Garage and transport training test and i could not believe it when beat every other person in the school that took the test.
