  1. you work this one out my ticket is open for rimfire but not centrefire even though i do pest control
  2. some are just pshyco nothing you can do about it. get a kit start from the begining look after it and keep it well handelled and it will do you proud,
  3. my old terrier ran in the hedge and flushred a full camoflouged bloke with an air rifle
  4. i make all my long nets and stop nets in square mesh. it just seems to entangle better and seems to hang better.

  7. best dog ive ever saw work was back in the early 's first cross springer/greyhound. never saw another one since. that dog was better than having a gun if it saw/smelt or heard it. it caught it.worked cover, retrieved in water the ideal all rounder dont know why it never caught on!!!! or maybee it was just a one off.

  10. a study was done and published a while ago in the shooting times. a spaniel trainer had one of his dogs jabbed and then had its blood tested every 12months to see if it reqiured a booster. the results indicated that on average jabs, should be done every 2 yrs.

  15. due to circumstances beyond my control i have to let go a 10 month old bull/collie/greyhound x saluki/collie/greyhound. shes a smooth coated black bitch with a white chest and paws.(sorry carnt do pics) she lives in and is ok with kids and other dogs.shes broke to ferrets, jumps,retrieves and is basic obedience trained. she is 27inch and a good looking bitch. money not important good home matters.before any stupid comments this is the first dog ive ever, or hopefully will ever put on here! http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w214/mi...nt=ICAM0002.jpg
  16. normally the only real problems you get with them is dry joints takes minutes to find and less time to re solder. the main problem area is on the three prongs on the board at the back of the wheel.

  18. depends whot you are doing, if your out to have fun then ferrets are fine but if your doing a job on a shoot or whotever then a smoker is good because your there to kill rats.

  20. just buy a set of lofting poles from any gunshop does both jobs around the £40 mark
  21. weston cuttlery do a nice drop point in 440grade surgical stainless holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen. ive had mine 6 years now good piece of kit for £30ish. i think i had mine from the british knife collectors guild or something like that. just a quick tip on sharpening after youve oilstoned and leatherd rub alternative strokes on the edge of your car window 40 or 50 times finishes them off a treat, as good as a diamond stone finish. will take the hairs off your arm if done properly.
