Surely the offence was not as indicated in the article but rather a trespassing in pursuit of game or similar offence, The fact he had dogs and ferrets is just misleading the public into thinking the use of dogs and ferrets is against the law, I am talking about England here as i am not sure on the laws in Scotland.
  2. It will never get debated as they will just say "We have just had a general election" that will be enough to allow it to be ignored legally, I watched Black Belt Barrister explain it earlier.
  3. On the topic of the petition, if you look at the map of where support is coming from, The area that is not signing is London, Funny that. Its almost as if we have two different countries in England now,
  4. There all clueless mate, A Country being run by a Lawyer, A liar. The Woke and The net zero zealots, What could possibly go wrong.
  5. Got one mate £64 from Temu another bargain Lol. Its been on all afternoon.
  6. Billions and Billions being given to Vanity projects all over the globe, Winter fuel allowance withdrawn from most pensioners, Farm being bankrupted upon deaths with inheritance tax. whilst at the same time giving away 500 million to help foreign farmers in third world countries, Billions on Net zero and other green projects that at the end will make us all poorer. So no energy security. no food security, No national security, No border security, Two tier policing, two tier justice, No freedom of speech, I could go on but it just gets more and more depressing, Now who was moaning about the wea
  7. The ranges in Germany were crawling with gear, Boar, Deer, Trout you name it, Always managed to get out of guard duty on nearly every exercise by suppling the officers mess with fresh game Lol
  8. For £20 it was a steal, i recon mate.
  9. Thank my new Chinese copy of a Samsung phone for that Lol
  10. This weather is causing big issues with condensation up the shed, everything metal is just dripping, The worst is the parts washer, I suppose the change in temperature from minus 3 to plus 14 in 24hrs is the cause, On a brighter note, i have just managed to order an 18 x 10 workshop, with 3 x 2 framing, 22mm floor and roof planks. 22mm tongue and grove panelling and a DPM rubber roof for less than the cost of the materials to build it myself, It also comes with a 10year anti rot guarantee and a 10yr guarantee on the roof. The price also includes delivery and installation. Who said black Fri
  11. I have also taken a liking to watching paint dry.
  12. Not very often i feel i have had a great deal when purchasing bits and bobs, But over the last week i have had a couple of what i believe to be great buys, The first was a set of 8 boxed Bluepoint T bar`s. I paid £40 for the set after knocking him down from £50. I have been looking for a set for years but wasn't willing to pay the £40 each that was and is still being asked for them. The next one was a single phase motor with a chuck and a speed controller. mounted on an aluminium base for £20. It came with a wire and bronze wheel and a couple of polishing wheels. Probably made in the 1960`s bu
  13. Back Then, heroes were often created by people with very little knowledge putting people with a bit more knowledge on a pedestal that was usually far to high for there accolades, Today Heroes are created by the keyboard and the click of a mouse Lol.
  14. There use to be a few opportunities i can remember, One was on the BCU (Bird Control Unit) on airfields, Scaring birds and controlling Mammal's were the job, so BOP, Dogs, Guns, Traps and gas guns were used. The other one would have been as Range warden, Again mas swathes of countryside with little to no access to the public. Probably no long done by servicemen but contracted out to some civilian company or other nowadays. There has always been a few dog men in the police force but that's another topic Lol.
  15. Yes but i have found a replacement head and barrel for i think less than the cost of having it done. Going to have a pop at getting the other one running later now i have found the ignition timing advance figure.
  16. Stripped the engine down on the Gadabout Mk3 Deluxe. As you can see from the picture one head bolt is bent, the sprung steel pin is rusted into two pieces, The whole thing had been in the rain with no spark plug fitted at some point in its life, as there was rust coloured orange oil and staining everywhere, The barrel is pitted, possibly unsalvageable as the head is in the bin due to bad fracturing, made a start on cleaning up what i can and have spent a couple of hours trying to find parts, The difficulty is there are so many variant's of this engine that most parts advertised are incorrectly

The trouble is nowadays kids are far more sanitised then we ever where, They don't go out anymore so do not get the exposure needed to build up a natural amount of antibodies.
  20. Just a quick update on progress so far, The little PW50 is now running, Just needs a final few bits sorting and its finished, All the parts have arrived for the KH100, I have been doing some investigations into one of the Phillips Mopeds i picked up last week, I incorrectly assumed that the engine was a Villiers Type 3 K series, once i had removed it and placed it on the bench i spotted the Rex Logo on the casing. This could be an issue as i have found out that when \rex went into liquidation, Due to the owner gambling away all the money, Villiers purchased the rights to there engine designs,
  21. There is a KE100, same bike but the MX version, For sale locally that one is later. early 1980`s i believe, its in roughly the same condition but does have a major mechanical issue "Its Seized solid" Lol, He is asking for £1600. In my view its well over priced even if it was a running, ridable example, I watched the October auction by H&H auctioneers at The National Motorbike Museum the other week, The usual Ducati 999RR`s were achieving really strong bids as were other rarities but the bread and butter RD`s LC`s, KH`s, and GT`s were not reaching there reserves neither were a lot of Full
