Yeah its sh*t with batteries like I say I just by a multi pack from poundland and change everytime I go out because it really is that bad.

What size batteries are they? I have a mark 2 and its drains batteries like theres no tommorow. Just use cheap poundland ones in it now. Atb chris

After a long hard think about rehoming a stray I had a change of heart and went down the pup route. Hes fine with my other dog and kids love him. 10 weeks old and im let to believe hes collie grey x beddy whippet. The fun and games start now. Hes hiding

Took the son out yesterday. It was blowing a gale firat thing and freezing but he didnt mind and just cracked on. Ended up with 5 then called it a day.

Took dog and son out for half an hour last night only got one slip as there isnt much about local. He did catch it though. This is his third run so I am happy with two out of three.

Cheers lads. He wont be worked really although he would probably come out with me from time to time to see whats going on. All the other dogs were barking and he got out of his bed and sat at my feet lol. Now her indoora has her heart set on him ill not have a say anyway.

I called into a stray dog kennels at the weekend as I was passing to donate some food for them. Had a look round and fell in love with a saluki type dog. Went home and got the pup to take back and they seem to get on fine. Going back this weekend to take them for another walk and introduce them to each other again. Whats people views on stray dogs. He will just be a pet if I do get him. Ive got plenty rom for another dog and think he will fit in with me. Plus the wife has also fell in love with him so I dont really get a say lol. Atb chris

Took the lurcher dog out on lamp last night. Didnt know what to expect as it was my first time to. Went to a quite place local to me with only a few rabbits. Straight away I got ontop of a dropper untill it was up and away slipped the dog he tuened it a good 5-6 times before it made its escape to the hedge. Dog hunted up for a minute or so but soon come back. Second slip was in next field he turned it off the fence twice before the rabbit ran straight towards me and as it was turning away from me the dog striked it and got his first catch. Did have a bit of trouble getting it off him he would
