I’m taking a delivery of 2kg of Bison fillet & cured bison sausage on Monday. So I think I’ll just do some filet over the fire & roast a nice chicken. Job done.

Talking of micro-managing..... I was at my local market this morning picking up fish & we have a COVID marshal now making sure people walk in the right direction. So this guy was stopping 79 year old doris from walking back to a stall she’d had second thoughts about & making sure she did the entire circuit of the market to get back to where she wanted to go!

I think bullshit just becomes second nature some people that it becomes who they are. It’s often the blokes with the biggest egos, but the most insecure. Greymans post reminded me of my dad, although maybe not as bad, my dad could or can never help himself from embellishing, exaggerating or just plain ignoring the truth. The maddening thing is that he really doesn’t need to. He’s had an interesting & full life....doing & seeing stuff most people will never do, but it’s never enough for his self centred inflated ego. We love them! Especially me & the boy. Not sure I’d ever bother with them at home, more of a nice little ritual to down a few oysters before a meal in a restaurant. Back in the good old days when we were free to visit restaurants we ate most of our oysters over in Zeeland at a little place attached to an oyster farm or more recently between lockdowns a Spanish place in Eindhoven. Those were the days! ?

We have a similar situation between Flanders & Holland. When our shops were shut they were open in the Netherlands, now it’s vice versa. So pleas from Belgian & Dutch governments alike to stop border hopping. The poor Dutch just had their shops shut on top of Christmas, so again Jeff Bezos is the big winner in all this!

Imagine the amount of fuckwits that buy these dogs after watching them on utube. Start the winding up, sorry ‘agitation’ ? from an early age, then get bored before seeing it through properly.........meanwhile the dog is loaded & ready to fire!

Whatever happens with vaccines I can see us wearing masks here at least until 2022. I have to go to the lovely coastal town of Nieuwpoort on an almost weekly basis now & yesterday while there discovered they had turned the whole area into a mandatory mask zone. So as soon as you walk out your door mask on or risk a €250 fine. Even on the huge wide open beach! I think this could be the future for the whole country. Masks to be worn everywhere all of the time, however remote, with the likelihood of mental & physical health problems for many as a consequence. Give me facial rec

I’m not saying he could of drastically altered the course of COVID. It was out of his hands. I’m talking about the human response mate, the thing that would of won him more votes. It just wasn’t there because he couldn’t own the situation, it wasn’t about him, so the attention wonders..... He massively misjudged the importance of at least appearing like he cared & showing greater compassion. Instead he prattled on about who’s fault it was & stock markets. Not the greatest vote winning strategy me thinks.

Mate I would say his woeful, if not sociopathic response to COVID alone may of had a bigger impact on the election than some dastardly plan by democrats. Don’t worry folks “it will go away, like things go away” just don’t cut it I’m afraid ? He lost votes there for sure ?

But that would be ignoring the fact that Donnie Cash-flow & Lin Wood basically told republican voters it wasn’t worth voting in Georgia! There is a very real fear within the Republican Party that this may actually happen & they lose the senate. Dons fault. Sometimes you have to face the reality of the situation mate instead pointing elsewhere all the time. That said I doubt Don cares about the the possibility of losing the senate now it’s not about him ?

Donating money for a ‘cause’ that those involved knew was futile, but knew full well the longer they keep up the election fraud ‘noise’ the more money they would walk away with. I think that’s a scam mate. Again supposedly no evidence of fraud claimed under oath? With that huge mountain of evidence? Any thoughts on the legal strategy?
