Ok thanks for that.....yes I imagine it wouldn't be that simple, for me, the point is to get the uk licence as I've heard it could be transferable for a belgium hunting licence which is what I'm really after.....for me at the moment, it may be the easier option. ATB -

Can all these people saying they would never leave their children alone with their bull breeds, honestly say they never left the room, when their kids were with their dogs? My sister did all the time, her staffie was like a babysitter lol This last incident & others happened when adults were there in the house, maybe left the room for 10mins......that's all it takes.....

I'm an british citizen but now reside in belgium, I held a shotgun licence for many years in England with no problems, but maybe 6 years ago l let it run out. My question is, could I re-apply for a licence, on the condition that I kept a gun at a licence holders address in the uk & shot with him in the uk?

Look I'm not anti bull type here, I've been around a staffie for years & come across many others, I've got no solution.....but trained or not they can kill a kid quicker than most... There needs to be special consideration when kids are involved

I think a large pitbull is maybe a wee bit stronger than Basset, but yeh I get your point, it's obvious....I just don't see many kids being killed by labs or bassets

I don't dispute what any of the owners of bull breed dogs are saying, my sister had one for 13years growing up with 3 girls, it was her 4th child & yes statistically many other breeds bite just as many people, but the women who recently lost her little girl tried in vain to stop that dog by stabbing it, my guess is that with most other typical breeds she may of been able to stop it before it killed her little girl. It's the damage they can do in such little time when they sometimes 'turn' which is the biggest worry. My brother in law got a very large pitbull back in the early 90's, I wen

Makes no difference what colour he or she is to me, just commenting on the situation, do you think more young girls like this would improve today's Britain? Maybe a whole army of them to sort the country out? Would you be so proud of your own girlfriend if she acted like a total cu*t on the street for all to see?

On second look, she obviously just said, ' touch my tit again' to justify her actions, maybe scum but not totally stupid.....it's highly unlikely he would of tried some kind of sexual assault out on the street in this situation, especially not with these 'street rats', he probably just bumped into her or something.......IMO

Hi Mitchell, don't worry too much about your dog, he will be capable & if it gets too much for him,he will act accordingly.....like the others have said, get a locator & know the law & be prepared.....your dog should be fine mate....ATB
