  1. What I've found with terriermen is that there are some idiots, as with any walk of life What I've also found are some of the most genuine, good natured fellas around too People going out of their way to help a newbie like myself to get a well bred pup and to get out and about with them. Get me in with others For all of those that've helped me, I'll repay with every opportunity I have
  2. Oh I thought you meant that slash hook!
  3. Got mine from eBay, decent bit of kit once properly sharpened
  4. In fact, it was her son that has one of the best Redboy litters ever when bred to assassinator
  5. You may lose a touch of ability but you'll solidify the traits that you want in their offspring: So long as they're not closely bred up to that point then I doubt you'll have any trouble at all
  6. Looks lovely pal - all the best with her
  7. I'm away and they've been allowed as much mince as they'll eat. I'll come back to a pair of Christmas puddings
  8. My two pups are taking their more adult form now. Won't be ready until next season now
  9. It was -2 on Boxing Day then 16 on the 29th for me Oh wait, I've come on me hols!
  10. And everyone else too - the thick neck definitely helped
  11. Thank you very much. I made some serious errors but I've learnt from them. Pepsi Is completely recall trained (obviously not gundog standard) and does not need a lead when we're out walking. She runs free around my work yard with no bother whatsoever. Kraken is a liability though!
  12. I saw this and it looked huuuuge. But it was only 18.5lb so said he man that shot it on the Vermin page
  13. Pick up in the south and travel out from the north mate no passport needed Is the right answer!
  14. Just seen a bitch in Ireland for 550e. Born in May 16
  15. He's by far and away the best looking patterdale I've ever seen
  16. Everyone knows I'm inexperienced with digging terriers But I couldn't do that to my dogs. You build a bond with them. They work in part because of the bond. If you haven't got that then it's only a matter of time before they cur out To each their own. Not my dogs so not my concern
  17. Is that the pup you posted pics of a while back, Havana I think you called her? She's sure shot up! That's her - she's a giant now. Never seen a dog eat like her
  18. any pics of ur black bitch d/e atb mud the pat or Pepsi? Pepsi
  19. She's small but into everything. Very confident and can climb anything including bookcases and fence panels Recall seems really good so far and she's very people orientated - pleased as punch with her tbh
  20. Helps with fitness, neck and jaw strength and power development They're actually a really good tool. Certainly in Bulldogs a lot of people believe there aren't many curs... Just unfit dogs. Being unfit will make some dogs give up when they're not hurt, just tired. Same in humans if you've ever fought? It's another tool in your Arsenal; like hand walking, like carpet or slat mills, like a flirt pole, like the right diet etc
