    I use theraband and good tubes like dankung but I have had a few sets of normal exersize band of ebay using 2 or 3 bands a side and by god some are really fast and last really long !

    Got some fork the other night and done one today it's a hard wood but not sure the name this catty really is a treat and looks really nice ! Nice Bonny end grains with an red ring which I have never seen , been sanded to 600 grit and coated with 6 Coates of true oil . Comes banded with some normal exersize band from a physio seen really fast ! Nor far of double tbg Due to having cattys I already shot this is up for sale £35 ?     Buy a job lot of leather of ebay got a quid or so get loads and there is a man on ebay selling job lots of theraband flats and tubes now really cheap

    Do you's dry forks out or seal the ends with true oil ect .. And use it with moisture ?
