Would recommend to any young lad to join the forces i spent 7 years in the royal signals i loved it would still be in now but i had bad accident and had to have a total knee replacement! If you can get through basic training with the right attitude and right frame of mind you will enjoy it. Also its not just about running and pressups get a rucksack on your back with a load of weight in and go tab it out till your shins are burning then carry on some more! I did a lot of running and fitness before i joined wish i did more weighted walks though. You will make life long friends see things that

Iv got an l200 animal version at the moment 52 plate full history 10 months tax and test quality vehicle but im a driving instuctor so a bit big for the students so im trying to sell it at the moment if your interested older than what your after but can do a decent price. Very decent comfortable motors will get another one in future when i can afford to run more than 2 cars!

All being well i have a litter of well bred pups due in the next few days, depending on size of litter there maybe a couple for sale already got homes for a few and keeping one or 2 my self. Thinking of selling my Theoben Rapid 7 mk 1 in .20 calibre with scope 12 shot mag spare buddy brand new bottle and even got a big divers tank (brand new) so no need for a pump or visits for the little bottle to be filled, awsome piece of kit just Il get pics up this week! little butch please dont take offense but is that your english bull pictured in your posts? if it is i really dont think you really know what a fit dog should look like. As i said no offense but too many people including vets think an obese dog is normal so when they see a nice healthy lean animal with good muscle and a few ribs showing they think its starved! and thats why we see so many fat pigs around. look at this bitch she is fit can see the ribs but tell me if these dogs were not fit they would not be able to run 10 mile + per day if they needed a feed!

hope this doesnt go into a slagging match but to the eye this dog looks very fit and healthy and i would personally like to see more kept like this, all my own dogs are kept fit very fit and also just because you can see more than one rib means nothing at all it comes down to diet and exercise, you cant see the dogs spine or its "pins" a real credit to the owner.

the dog to me doesnt look skinny it looks fit the way they should be not like what some are accustomed to.
