Just noticed a road i use regularly the 30 zone drops to a 20 outside a school
The sign is a white background with green border and numbers
Anyone know if these have any legal standing outside of school hours
If you have a cleaning rod just gently tap it out
It doesnt matter what brand Hmr Its always the same problem a crack in the neck of the case take the rest back to the supplier
Since getting my Hmr the .223 hasnt been out the cabinet
I don't shoot foxes at 200/300 yds I like them upto 150 at the max when shooting from a vehicle under the lamp
I use Hornaby 55gr V-MAX expensive for rabbits and rips them to bits
Get the rifle first before thinking about rounds different barrel twist rates like different bullets

I have cf rifles but the Hmr is normaly the first rifle I grab
An evenings lamping is rabbits, hares and foxes so its the ideal calibre
I'm not lumping 2 rifle around or paying £1 a round to shoot rabbits
Its nice to see you can still talk about this matter on this forum unlike PW.................Where a certain couple of Teals arse licking lackeys delete posts
Think its the same for most syndicates you get the dedicated small group who do all the work
The others just want to turn up shoot loads of birds then winge about everything
I've seen similar advice several times and always scratch my head when I see it.
If your lucky enough to get a fox into a trap once then catch him. Why would you get him into the trap several times and then decide to trap him ????
Think about it ????
Never understood it myself i would always have the trap set ready to catch the very first time it enters
I use mackerel tied at the back of the trap hanging at the foxes head height
