    Went out lamping Thursday and all the usual spots where bunnies are, we're all dead it was very strange.... Then I spotted some eyes glowing and it turns out it was a mink, so I'm assuming this bad boy scared all the bunny rabbits off. I'm new to hunting so wanted to review when I got home, I've Only been out 4 times on my own and i'm learning so much. From what I've been reading I should of taken the little shit out, maybe next visit.

    Just got back from meeting with farmer and permission has been authorised, I'm off back later to have a tour.

    Let me know how you get on, I attempted to switch to blue but its a pain in ass to change especially in field. So far the green eyes stood out more so i will be testing again at weekend "hopefully" ( depending on the mrs One of lads I go out with has got a lamp with built in red led and I was very jealous, paid £130 just a bit bigger than P7 lighting eyes up over 150 yards. I considered making a filter, some use sweet wrappers with elastic bands. Happy hunting :-)

    Fitted silencer on my HW100 this week, I originally purchased rifle for its looks with the bull barrel but after testing yesterday I'm happy with purchase, I've got a big extension but wow didn't expect it to make that much difference on FSB. I'm now a ultimate silent hunter, bunny rabbits beware haha

    Very crap night nothing at all about, I seen one rabbit but soon as it went under spotlight (with green filter) it was off like a bolt, it was easy going 110 yards on full power though with green one, eyes stood out loads better than the yellow. There was a black ferret or stout in woods which kept investigating so its prob chased all rabbits off lol. Hoping to have better results at weekend.

    Yeah mate just measured its 40", only reason I'm selling is I've put silencer on FSB so its 2" longer than 40" so need bigger bag.

    I don't have to call either, owner just said come whenever you want and only contact he wanted was when insurance was up for renewal each year... But I've bumped into him a few times in passing already.

The first night I used the red but couldn't see a bloody thing it was original lenser filter and could only just see 1 metre in front of me, I tested yellow the night after and was happy with results but green and blue were also good just need to see which i prefer over next few nights, but the red will just be used for close range ratting etc. Yeah I spoke to Lenza, the red is for "mood adjustment only, not for night vision"....WTF? I'll tel you what it did to my mood! WIll try the yellow/blue/green when out next. I have seen bigmac use green and it is

    I designed on PowerPoint then printed off on some card, A4 size, I also put in a envelope. I started delivering from my village working working approximate 3 miles out hitting every farm, golf course, fisheries, horse stables, large estates, halls etc etc basically anywhere with land. I used google to find other places, by adding golf courses nr Doncaster and using link to websites. A lot of work needed but all worth it in the end.

    Its a great flyer mate and a good way to do it.. I may give it a bash myself. On your flyer, I would specify that your using an air rifle as some (especially older farmers) may not know what pre-charged refers to and may not like the idea of someone they dont know roaming with a cf or rf where as might be more open if they know its air. Just a thought I did originally have air rifle but had some comments that (some) farmers still see air rifles has "toys" so left it for discussion when contact was made.

    I've just got off the phone "again" from a nice lady wanting me to clear bunny rabbits off her land, so another new permission within 2 weeks what the hell is going off ?!?! This time last month I was sat in my back garden stroking my HW100 plinking only dreaming of some land to hunt on, like many other’s struggling to secure permission, I read all the articles online etc but still never got anywhere. The best advice was on this forum which was never give up and something will come up, so I kept going and going. I'm getting so much interest since creating some basic flyers on powerpoin

    Just got home from work to my new silencer for my HW100 FSB, I really loved the look of the shrouded barrel but after a few nights out with my friend it's worrying when he's using .22 rimfire and telling me mines too loud so I thought I'd treat myself. Just fitted and must say I'm sad to see my nice compact rifle vanish with a massive extension, but anything to help me out. Looks like a new gun bag needed now unless I unscrew each time which is not ideal I'm guessing ? Or once I've zero'd sights should it be ok to go on / off.
