    Thanks for this massive help... I have 1 question which I couldn't see in links above about permission. Once I've been passed for FAC with several permissions I currently have, what happens if I get another permission in future do I need to go through the process again ??

    Skinned them and dropped off with one of my permissions yesterday, she was over the moon... And I sort of forget to tell her I didn't shoot them she'll be thinking I'm the ultimate hunter haha

    Well last night I had a visit from a friend to see if I fancied a few hour out lamping, but with me having first day off work in ages and 4am starts all week I had to turn the offer down, even though I was itching to go. Anyway this morning I woke up fresh as a daisy, had nice bacon buttie and went to take rubbish to the bin outside...I stepped out of door still half asleep and stood on a pile of rabbits loosing my balance and nearly falling onto car WTF ???? So I've either got a serious problem of sleep hunting or my crazy friend has had a very good night and didn't have enough room

    Finished work at 16:00 and recieved a call from a lad I work with who's friend's dad owns loads of farmland and has major problems with bunnies. I Had a quick tour and one field with the lad I work with and his friend which linked into another field and another and then I could not belive what I was seeing... an old quarry?? was it my 3rd christmas in 3 weeks :hmm:then we stopped and all looked down into the quarry, I seen at least 3 bunnies running for cover and loads of holes all the way down.     Well I've just got another permission today, I've been passing Rabbits at my place of work but with strict health and safety I thought whats the point in asking, but today I asked the guy responsible if I could assist in removing the high amount of rabbits from land (he's not based at our site)... first response was we pay a company to remove, I then mentioned I wasn't after payment and I was fully insured........ "no problem start ASAP" i'll send you permission letter later via mail.

    Nice going mate, enjoy reading your posts. I had very similar feelings a few week ago when I took a shot but only injured it, the lad I was with said to kill it quick with hands the quickest way. I picked it up and broke its neck, it felt so unnatural doing it, I've watched a few videos on ferreting etc where they make it look so easy doing one after another.

I'm still adjusting to night hunting the mink totally spooked me i heard the noise in bush so prepared to take my bunny then that bloody thing come at me, I just wasn't expecting it suppose anything could be out and about. I need to man up haha Yeah, not too keen on being alone at night, everything looks EVIL through lamps, especially red lamps.     This is copy of permission form I use, I've seen more in depth ones but from experiences i've had your best keeping it simple, BASC have got one on their website, it's got a bit more info on. I've left section at bottom where owner can write any additional information, for example the permission I've just got this weekend is agaisnt snaring and added this in this section. If anyone wants fiile sending just inbox me your email address and i'll forward it on, very easy to create on work or powerpoint though.

    Thanks Mate, only 3rd week on this permission, i'd struggled until now to get anything in Doncaster area, with the exception of a small permission in Drakeholes but it's not good through summer grass and weeds about 7ft high I was standing on more rabbits when stalking Think people have just got pi**ed off with my flyers haha, and I did wish I had a RF in my hands this morning

    Well I woke up at 4.30am this morning so thought I'd slip out of bed and get a few hours on the new permission. Didn't have much luck but just made myself familiar with land, on way home I called in at my big permission. On route up lane I could see 3 or 4 bunnies but by time I'd got out car they'd gone. I then walked up lane and through woods where I'd seen the mink on Thursday night and once again nothing about.
