The first time I took Molly out minkhunting we'd drawn for ages with nothing about then I asked Molly to hold my whippet while I went down to the river bank,next thing is I look upbank and she's running along the bank hissing me dog to catch the mink...which it did,she then realised the error of her her ways and luckily the dog hadn't killed it.We had a brief chat about hunting ettiquette and the fact that I would have to leave the county if my dog had f****d up the hunt :whistle:

  18. Took him to the vets and he ripped the claw out the dog screamed a bit probably could have done that meself but for £15 I'm not too worried,just hope it doesn't grow back now cheers chris

Cheers HBG how long did they take to heal I've been told they take ages by some but spoke to my vet on the phone tonight and he reckons they heal within 10 days and he'll be running again within 2 weeks not sure my bill will be as low as £50 though but I'll pay what I have to to see the lad running again trouble free Nice slippers by the way lol

  22. Took the pup out tonight,caught his second rabbit on the first run,on the second run ripped his dew claw,don't usually have them with dew claws on but didn't plan on having this dog.Is this the start of reoccuring trouble or can they sometimes heal up to be no bother Cheers Chris
