it's my 1st springer too bud very good guns i love mine, yes i fitted it myself its an easy fit but it does require abit of file work on the metal but to make it a snug fit only 3-4mm needs taking off very easy to do Sweet cheers mate I may man up and get it done.

Wow, I'm not that good yet lol. this is my first springer so it's a whole new ball game. Did you fit the adjustable butt yourself. I keep thinking about doing it but would crap my self if I cocked it up. is it a difficult mod?

Nice looking rifle, I have the same one with an MTC on. Just got it back last week from Tony at Sandwell fieldsports. What pellets are you using in yours. I found mine didn't like the H&N field target trophy but is loving the AA diabolo in 5.52.

This may sound like a strange question, but being new to airgunning and not yet having my own permission to shoot on, will there be the opportunity for someone to show me how to skin and prep a rabbit,or any game for that matter. I'd like to know how to do it properly and there's only so much you can learn watching youtube (just ask my missus). Also is there any need for me to bring any fire wood, I work for an Arb company so can get some from work. Cheers Paul -

Alright Chaps, Received my Green Micarta today from matt and WOW. What an amazing piece of kit and workmanship. I have a fair few knives that I've used for camping and work (Arborist) and I've paid a hell of a lot more for a hell of a lot less. It's a beautiful thing to behold, and I'm not just blowing smoke up Matt's a**e. If you are thinking of getting one, stop thinking, you won't be disappointed. Even the sheath is well thought out, close fitting, and the knife sits deep and is held tight without the clips to fiddle with. Matt, thank you very much, I'll be taking this to the THL me -
Amen to that. brilliant rifles. but like skot said, have a search around and see for your self

Looks amazing, have you looked into the "survival" shows. there's always a good crowd there. I'd love one of your fine looking blades. how could I get one midnight? -
Well I had an hour on the range to get my zero and i'm very impressed. The gun's out performing me at the moment as I'm used to a pcp but I'm looking forward to the practice and getting that bit better. It's certainly a different beast shooting a springer but it'll make me a better shot in the end..

Alright mate, I'm sure there's more knowledge on here than you can shake a stick at

did you get it posted mate..? did you get it delivered to your house or a local gunshop? if you don't mind me asking Not at all matey. I posted it down which was about fifteen quid but I drove the 90 mins to fetch it. That way you get to try it out and if anything needs adjusting Tony will do it there and then and if it's not grouping bang on it won't even get out the door. And then you can go shopping and buy stuff you didn't know you needed lol. -
YOu certainly won't regret going down there and Tony is as honest and straight up a guy as you could wish to meet. And Tracey makes a wicked cup of coffee with a secret ingredient.... I came back with a good deal more kit than I had intended. I go just for a day out honestly.

I've only just got my HW97kt .22 back from Tony yesterday after a stage 2 tune. Haven't had much of a chance to use it yet but I'll be at the range tomorrow to see what it can do. Got to love the 97KT's -
Lol yeah. Since I got it home I keep taking it out the bag just to make sure nothings changed ha. Such a kid, but I love it.

I was at the range dropping my PCP off to be serviced today when an older guy wanted to show me his rifle. In doing so he got it out of the bag and pointed it straight at me. I've no idea what makes people think it's ok to be swinging them around when showing them off or filling them at the range (PCP's). I was always told that you never point at something you don't want to shoot. Loaded or unloaded. How was I to know if he hadn't accidently left it loaded after his last session. I told the staff there and he's been warned a fair few times about it. I think sometimes it's easy to forget fo

Certainly will fella's. It was watching you guys that inspired me to have it tuned up and I've had a chat with tony about some up coming rifles he's doing. Needless to say he now has my e-mail. So thanks to you two as much as tony for everything you do for the airgunning world.
