    I honestly don't mind rain, wind, snow, sun whatever. but for F**ks sake just do one at a time. dressed for the arsing rain, halfway up a valley and the sun comes out. Queue carrying rain gear and melting feet in the willies.

    Stage two is a send away, just got off the phone with Tony ( he was half way through a pork pie) arranging to have my HW97kt sorted out 5-6 week turn around. But even with shipping costs, it's cheaper than I can get it in Sheffield. Can't say I'm looking forward to not having it for a while though, maybe they should start doing loaners....

    Thanks, I'm already finding my self laughing like a loon to some of the stuff on here. Just been out door knocking to get my first permission. Last time I was told no so much was in a club in my early 20's, but it didn't stop me then, and it won't now.

    Agreed, the jumping around is just the nerves firing off due to a lump of lead in the brain, you can only kill them once.

    Hello people. Feel like I'm doing the written version of an AA meeting. My name is Fret78 and I have an addiction New to air rifles. Got a RWS LR20 for Xmas and have just rewarded my self with a HW97kt Springer, and very nice she is too. next mission is to find a permission. look forward to given/getting advice and some lively banter. oh and getting even more addicted.....

    Thanks all for the advice. I'll give Sandwell a ring and see what the score is. It's my first springer as I have a RWS LR20 and I have to say that it's pretty great box fresh but I'd like to do a few comps. Muchos gracias amigos
