  12. I check the humidity day 18 and only add water if required, also keep shut till all hatched, no matter how tempting it is to open it. I think a few lads are having problems just now. Got some due nxt Sunday. 9 out of 10 fertile and forming well, but a lot can happen in a week. The last few days are crucial for a good hatch rate, so let's see. Got a broody sitting also, that's by far the best, but not always possible for early youngsters. Atb
  13. One of the best training /stimulating aids I ever discovered, is the flirt pole or just a ragger. Dogs love it and ticks a lot of boxes if not overdone. I discovered it on this site. Atb
  14. Skycat, I've met many folks who don't even know what they're particular breed of dog was bred for in the first place! No homework done before they get the dog. So they really don't stand much chance of a decent life, if they don't even know how to stimulate /train them. It can be saddening /frustrating to see. Atb
