Got out today, a bit later than what I wanted due to delays, but managed a few hrs ? Boxed up a couple of jills, loaded Snipe up, a 25yd long net, 2 stop nets and off we went. Takes a good half hour to get to the spot, so plenty of time to imagine how things might go, or at least how I hoped things would go ?. Arrived safely at the location, not as nicer weather as the last few days, but that didn't deter my, or the dog's enthusiasm. Got myself all laden with gear, opened the gate into the field and almost instantly Snipe had a mark ( game on). Set the long net up, leaving a large openi
