I know Joe Hart is Nigerian but I didn't realise Joelean Lescott was Russian..technically I think clichy qualifys for home grown with him being brought on through an English youth system, i'd have played Milner last night but not allow Richards to pull a blue shirt on ever again. It's no wonder some folk don't want to talk to you about football lennie, you sound like one of those fuckers that always turn up and don't know what your looking at...no worries, you're safe chatting opinions, what do you reckon for the Nou Camp.. floating rectangles? Pelle's mandate was always ko stage qualificat

on reflection I think it might have been better had we drawn Bayern, word is we like Bayern, could have let Arsenal that bastion of Englishness sort Barca out. I think Rodwell will be for the high jump come summer, I know for a fact the club were looking at his minutes on the pitch and considering calling-in the insurances should he do the very micheal johnstone trick and not be able to string 5 games together.

I've played football with a lot a lads that have been in Citys dressing room over the years, some of the best schoolboys in the northwest, all were shocked by The King, professionals seem to be of the same opinion, watching him run late in the 2nd half you knew it was unique in his era, Allison who seen plenty called him a specimen. I once got chatting to Ivan Mauger of speedway fame who prided himself on his fitness, he trained with city whilst being treated by Freddie griffis (strange but very true) and I still recall his boat (shocked like the junior blues were) when I mentioned Bell, he sa

I've just been reliably informed Sunderland trumped the 91 following in the cup in 73, cause the official capacity of maine rd was a little sketchy back then the numbers are hardly scientific, though again the figure was given to be 54k with the crowd pissin themselves and pointing to the directors box. Sunderland all over the moss, pissed up asleep on peoples doorsteps.
-
I remember Sunderland bringing at least 14k down early '90's (filled a 9k stand and had both corners/nobody did that all yr), thousands outside, they were boozing with us in the parkside, even adapting are hi yi yippie song to incorporate Newcastle The crowd was given to be 38k (think sardines), how swales kept his kite straight when the pretend att was announced only he knows, wasn't long after the inland revenue started head counting minor grounds to let the big boys know their tickle was up..

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/police-fine-400-cyclists-dangerous-4729068 Plenty of dickhead of cyclists for sure, though they aslo have a similar abreast carry-on with dog walkers, walking their charges in a floor marked cycle lane..even though the adjoining lane is marked for walkers (i'll walk where I want)...bizarre but very true.

Road tax was abolished in the '30's from memory, perhaps the thought of folk getting away with something irks folk. You drive a car according to the conditions, not when and where you want to be, if someones heads gone and they stand on the inside lane of an empty motorway at half 5 of a morning....you'll be in trouble if you hit em. Had a skip-wagon doing 40mph up a country lane (ft either side of his tyres) I was riding last yr, 4 mile of lane not a soul on it, three of us were chatting abreast on the right side of the road, skip bounced up behind us fully intent on making us av it

I moved away through choice. Salford can burn for all I care. I got out of there, lived around Manchester for a few years and now I work abroad coming home whenever I have the time. My neighbours either died or moved on to other places. To be replaced by people in the system who have no time for neighbours, and community. They stole my gear. Vandalised the rest. It was time to move on. I don't reminisce about the good old days. I miss some of my friends but the very definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results. Basically living in the same

The coat he's got on in that vid ^ was first worn by the quaver eater, when it was the only one in the country, the quaver eaters mother is also called Peggy from irish stock.Bizarre but very true. It's part of the reason why Noel was pissin himself at being blanked, somewhere(in M/c) he'll always be mid-table no matter what he writes, to his credit he thinks that arrangement is well brill Eating out of his hand..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBbyc3t-Ctc He's tried to buy the King Colin mosiac from me, more than twice, even once resorting to inventing a character to attempt to badger

I was pally with a gud guitar kid back in the mid '90's, he told me about Liam trying to drop Noel right innit...by refusing to sing-on whilst performing a number with his voice in mind (Maine Rd '96). Me pal didn't exactly rever Noel but I knew him enough to listen intently when he described Noel pulling up a stool and an acoustic guitar and performing the number himself, telling bollock brains to sling it, I particularilly sp? remember him saying 'takes some bolloks that, in a football stadium infront of your own ask anyone that was there'... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ji4m7bRz8W8

coming thru M/c airport oneday with a couple of mancs who know noel well, he let on to the lead member of my entourage..whilst the rest made a b line for him, the lad noel acknowledged by name mumbled 'orrite' coupled with a very eastmanc upper head movement and simply carried on walking, busy eating a packet of quavers. He walked up the corridor turned to see where everybody had gone and wiped his mitts on his jumper like a 5yr old would...noel was on the floor in hysterics.

Manny was sought out to ask his opinion Malt (an easy headline swerve), i think 'within the same league' just about covers transactions between West Ham and Ful;ham, either way there's certainly a gremlin in the works else the cup-tied ruling would'nt apply to such transactions Lot of pressure being put on the mata kid, folk are talking like the big comeback's (one i'd persoanlly like to see) already been done...if it don't pan out like that then 37 'kin million will get mentioned a lot.

He was gassing on the other week about not being able to compete with a nation state (sheik rattle & roll)...nobody thought to remind him who sponsors his stadium..and cause the etihad deal was unprecedented ('that's more than arsenals') he had dickie-fit. Wonder if he knows if revenue earners carrying a football club name remote geographically from the club can be used for FFP purposes.

It's safe to bet Fergie did very much forsee a season like this, after spouting 'never in my lifetime' would a city team start betting favourites for a m/c derby, he was trumped at the bookies in/on the etihad derby half a dozen games before having the title snatched. Between that derby match and the qpr match he was a guest at the etihad where khalddon had a private meet with him and spelt out how Liverpool could be Traffords derby if he so wished cause the City of Manchester were going to be putting another bar on the fire very shortly http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Club-news/2014/January/Clu

it's worth remembering Douglas beat Tyson extremely comfortably before he went to prison, though granted something else may have been on his mind which was'nt on his mind when he beat ruddick (also before he went to prison)....though it may or may not have returned when he went injured with an holyfield meet zoomin in (before he went to prison). After prison Bruno and seldon are ok, the beast is back but hang on here comes that God merchant again who knows me secret. So prison aside how many rounds did he win in the trio of fights between Douglas Lewis and Holy Anyone remember the a

The new stadium will impair on the atmosphere Wilfredo, athletic designed stadiums are that way on to rid crowd noise so not to drown tannoys....modern purpose built football stadium have metalwork aprons within the roof apron that bounce sound back down. There are other ways to do it but they dont meet cat1 stadia for fully unrestricted any part of the ground viewing. It's problematic and costly to re-configure
