    Naw I'm from Scotland mate, my grandfather was William he was a member of the lodge years ago and travelled back forth years back but bot sure he did much hunting.

    After a bit of a search I decided on a stud to line my greyhound bitch with, the chosen stud is a dog named "Fen" owned by a local mate of here, his sire was a 3/4 saluki 1/4 greyhound bred straight out of C.Nuttalls "Casper", his dam was bred saluki/whippet/grey, from all accounts he has had a few very good seasons and is a very usefull animal. The bitch raced under the name "Norsk Skoll" she has "Honcho Classic" "Larkhill Jo" "Flashy Sir" and "Sandman" in her breeding, she was sadly retired due to tearing her Grasillas muscle, she came into season on the 3.6.13 so she seemed ready to stand o

    Looks a nice type, is she from working stock? Try get to know a few local lads who work terriers and I'm sure they will be happy to help getting you out with them see how its done and you can decide then if your serious about it, cheers

    I've just ordered a passion for coursing from the Darcy books website but they havnt said how long it will take I.e. Next day delivery etc, anybody ordered 1 straight from them and how long did it take? Cheers

    When I 1st left school I was planning in doing a gamekeeping course but I was fortunate enough to get took on by an SPL club but got scrapped after my contract was up, I did an apprenticeship in greenkeeping and worked for a few years there but due to council cuts I was laid off, so now I think its my chance to give the gamekeeping a go and try seek employment, I would rather get a volunteer job 1st and prove my worth and try get took on as an underkeeper before enrolling in a course I think

    Maybe hijacking this thread abit but where do yous get decent para cord? The mrs is always moaning because I steal the blue rope from the washing line, but frays really easilly and only good for 2-3 days out
