    Cheers mate, I've really took to this pup its the first X I've had away from saluki bred dogs and really like her so far, she's no intrested in retriving and still very puppyish but she's only turning 11month and from what I can gather deerhound types are slow to mature, her recall, stock breaking and jumping are all spot on

    As above I'm looking for a rabbit skin dummy or a fox tail for my pup to start some retrive training with her cheers

    I'm looking for abit of advice on doing some retrive training with my lurcher, I know this is gundog section but I thought would be best place to ask, she will be coming 11month and I haven't done any retrive training atall, I've just worked on recall,stock breaking and jumping and they are all spot on, I bought 1 of them tennis ball launchers today and the pups not even that intrested in chashing and picking up the ball let alone retriving it, she's had a couple of rabbits but they were not retrived so its something I'd really like to work on, any advice would be much appriciated thanks

    Finally got photobucket working after some hassle so here's couple of the dogs I've been trying to post, rough bitch is deer x grey 2nd gen bred by Asha off here and black bitch is a pure grey (Norsk Skoll) I lined her with a direct grandson of Nuttalls "casper" pups are due in 2 weeks, pics are from 2 weeks ago she's put on some weight now

    A few pics of my current kennel, nothing special I had to make do with very little space after moving in with the misses and have to share a garden with the bloke downstairs but he dosnt bother so not to bad, I built from my old kennel just altered the shape and downsized it a good bit, the run works out 1.5msq with an insulated ply box filled with straw inside with a hinged lid for easy access, once we get a house with a proper garden I'll be in for some shiney new galvy runs

    Always kennelled them straight away, but in the summer months the kennell door and house door is always open but they never seem to venture inside

    Is it her leaders mate? Had a dog dog this before they become very sore and stiff, I used a mates Mag Box for a couple of sessions hour at a time and then got a bone man to crack their back, worked for me mate and seemed to give the dog a new lease of life

    Cheers lads, quite happy with her height aswell she's only made 26 1/2" tts so far and quite racey, seen a few of this X that are 30"tts + and quite bulky

    Saw an add in the CMW this week for Animal Pens And Panels, had a look on their site and seemed quite cheap and says free next day delivery and discount on 5 panels or more, has anyone used them before? Cheers
