    I always keep a close eye on them when their together just so nothing like that can happen mate, would never trust them to be left alone together, the pups kenneled she's only in and out the house a couple of times a day I'm always keen to get them familiar with family life incase they ever need to be brought inside with injuries etc

    Vixen a mate had a lakie called vixen and she certainly loved meeting her namesake

    The pups temperment is excellent mate she's really gentle natured and she's no to rough with him, always think its good to get them about kids when their young, saves any potential problems when they are older

    The wee man and his best pal playing about, the wee pups great with him always following him about and letting him climb up on her when he falls, she no bothered atall about him pulling her ears or her tail, that's him started his apprenticeship as a dog man already, hopefully he'll teach me a thing or 2 in years to come :laugh:

    Cheers mate she's turned out well from being out a pure grey, she's got good enough coat/skin and cracking feet so hopefully it all clicks next season when the grounds right

    Stella, she's be a year old come september she's a dog out of CNs Casper X Pure Greyhound Bitch (Norsk Skoll), hopefully she knocks a few over come stubble time

    Like them pal how they bred? ripper out of jw hazel (casper x ruthie) and issac (jamies jack x saluki) and kia out joe (jj x issacs sister) and sass 3 quarter saluki grey. jj was out jamies jack aswell. line bred jack Ripper being Finns brother? Your pups v.well bred mate atb with it

    yeah im gonna get him done before xmas, he should be right for end december, run him though till end of season then and away for next year I'd only clip him in the warmer months mate, that big coat will do him the world of good when he's laying about the kennel etc

    For a 1st lurcher I'd go for a beardie collie x grey they are easy to train for a 1st timer and will have the rough coat your after

    Cheers lads, aye steve she's a mix of saluki grey mate her dam was a pure grey to add a little speed/power back into the mix and always good to add pure blood back into a line, fingers crossed she turns out handy

    Cheers TK, that's her 18 weeks tomorrow and coming on well, hopefully she'll stop a few when the times right, like her a lot

    Just a couple of pics of the daft pup from a walk earlier, she's coming on really well her recall is almost 100% and she's fine with the stock, her retreive is non existant but I'm sure she'll get there. Cheers Darren

    Its Saluki x I keep mate and their not really the best hunters with their nose, a gundog type would suit better and the misses is keen on a cocker for the wee ones birthday in the summer so it'll be the best of both worlds, a good family pet for the misses and the wee one aswell as out with me flushing to the lurchers

    Cheers mate but I'm no after 1 until around the summer, its mainly for the wee ones birthday but I'm just taking advantage of the situation and will use it for flushing to the lurchers
