Hi I feel awkward really after hearing and reading a number of posts about guys wanting permissions. I shoot targets and do HFT and want to do some hunting. I was at the rugby club a few weeks ago and spoke to a mate about sending out letters to farms in order to do some shooting. I left it there and havent done anything about it yet. Last weekend I was at the club and 2 people that I know approach me and say - I hear you looking to do some shooting. After a few minutes chat about what I intend to shoot and what with - hey presto. Hi After a long , and I mean long, time away from shooting I have been target shooting at Kibworth range. I feel that I'm shooting accurately and consistently enough to start hunting. Rabbits, squirrels and pigeon mainly. I'm luck enough to have picked up a permission with 30 acres of woodland. So me and my rifle looking forward to it. Any helpful hints???
