    Yes, for most lads it would and in the passed i kept mostly saluki bred lurchers, but i like the breed, saluki a lot, all ways have, so just want one as a semi-pet come worker. Would you know the one that is in navan, its breeding nans ?

    I seen a pure saluki today that is a brother to paddy red saluki dog that jacko had, the pure that was over here in ireland a while ago, but back in uk now. The one i seen is a red and white dog, anyone know anything about the dog, when he was over their, cheers.

    Agree bird. Years ago in ireland, no one bothered you when you went lamping ect. You could lamp away on most farms and course and go rabbiting during the day time with not a bother, most farmers were glad to get rid of a few bunnys. I have been living here now for the passed 28 years and i can tell you now, it was a lot different back when i first came here, then it is now.. ! Could also be the few bad apples that got into it the last 10 15 years or so, that gave the sport a bad name !

    Nero not shit mate Young dog off first litter to pure bitch year n six month just now, he killed good few hares last winter despite not really being properly prepared/conditioned for winter running killed hares every month bar December when he was laid up injured after lamping coming back off injury he was put back too winter hares n was soon back killing them, he also got all usual uk lurcher quarry under his belt day n night by 12 month think he make better again next year being fully grown out he just hit 27tts started out running at 25" tts last October lol time will tell I really ho

    That dark bitch, the least feathered one, is a belter. Not seen one that colour, what colour is that? Yeah, she was a grand looking one i thought too. Not sure what colour you would call that, a dark brown grizzle smooth prehaps. Great just to see them run about like that i think me self. They are so agile and just float along when they run, effortless.
