    Best get it to a vet pal, had something similar happen to one of my terriers 3 of them set about a hedgehog and the pup ended up with a quill stuck plum center of his eye, done the same as you removed it and washed his eye out looked ok to me in the morning, but the wife being such a dog lover she decided to take him to the vet, thank f__k she did cause the vet said if we would have it much longer he could have lost the eye, but he said he would try a minor op on the eyeball as it is made up of layers like an onion he would remove some layers, to remove the infected area, was not that expensiv
