    All pups go throw stages, some more than others. Could be a million diffrent things, could be our attitude? Could be perfectly normal, how many lurchers have you had? No judging if these are your first, but lurchers ain't for everybody, most are sensitive no matter the type, even the big bad bullx is usually as soft as fook with folk. Most pups iv had don't like folk walking behind then, can't relax always looking back. They grow out of it tho, but as a rule lurchers are more sensitive and highly strung as pups than most other breeds or types

    Surely tho YOUR standards are dictate by YOUR dog?? After say running a few coursing dogs, you try's whippet or even a halfx collie grey. You can't expect them 2 types to achieve same goals, set same standards?? Same as you wouldn't expect a generation bred point and slip merchant to be competein witha pointer x on a moor during day... Standards are a good guide line, but just because a dog cant match your or any bodys standards or even if your standards change, Same as the types off lurcher available, we all like/want diffrent

    I like the sal/coll/greys and adding grew I doubt you will go far wrong.

    As a real youngster, before I started school my ole man used to take us fishing to the river Clyde an catch goldfish lol never used one as bait tho

    Nice to be nice tho ain't it, for all iv never sold a dog iv bought dogs, and I kept I touch with breeder just the same as with the guys who gifted me pups, but that's just me

    Summat I never done a lot of, and when I have it's been in company oot folks who knew much more than me. Lad caught a 5lb chub few years ago on a little tiny roach he was reeling in tho lol we grew up fishing the canal in glasgow and up there as kids we used littl jack pike to catch bigger uns, but we always had better results with dead mackrel, so used that more often as we had more confidence in it

    Well iv never sold a dog and passed on very few, but I know where each if them are, and they will come back here if they go anywhere else. Don't you think the breeder should be atleast offered to buy dog back??

    I don't breed mate tbh but I'm sure a litter will pop up at some point over summer, hope you get what you want and it does all your lad wants
