    Where have I said I know about this cross? All I said is I need a fast dog and by the looks of it that dog wouldn't cut it here. My comment was actuually aimed at black greyhound. A man who gas been at it years but is tryinv to go all jehova on every thread that's been on here since I joined. And he hasn't even seen one run. Please tell me your not another kid with a chip on your shoulder and on your first dog? If you Are my nephess abd neices will giggle for hours when tell them iv attracted and upset another kid online haha

    Well said borderscot good dogmen are few and far between old and young. But a ssurefire way to tell if one is bluffing it is if they start reeljng off how a certain type is the bee all and end all of lurchers. Kennel blindness is narrow mindness and narrow minded folk never learn. I started with deerhoundy types but grew o love colliexs. I don't try and ram them down anybodys throat tho an swear they never fail or are the best. I still learn from everydog and iv been at this game a while

I got a few pairs of socks a penknife some mitchell reels an assorted ferreting gear not to mention a few pets all older than you. An that's to name a few. Has this site not got a young hunters section for you kids? I take it your a little bitter still that I asked why on this green earth yoou would breed off an age unknown breeding unknown bitch with less than a seasons graft?     A dash of saluki lurcher adds to any colliex if you ask me. Seen some good animals bred that way

    Fine looking dog chid. The ones I seen over thirty years ago were either airedale or irish terrierx's. They were of a similar shape to yours moreso the airedale x's. How do you think the dog compares to a beardiex? Or have you not seen a beardie grey without other blood. To compare? I do hope that dog works as well as he looks for you

    Has anybody ever tried a beardie/grey x. Terrier/grey? The bordercollie/terrier/grey was very popular when I was younger but only ever seen two beardie/terr/greys with the terrier being airedale. Made handy dogs back in the days

    common sense should also tell you the same......... Why? How many have actually had a good dog never mind a good pup. I'm not takking the dog that does well and earns his keep. Most lurchers do that. Even the pups that ain't naturally gifted. However every now and again one cones across a dog or even better a line of dogs that throws pups that are not only a joy to own. But do things that yo think was impossible. Iv had the pleasure to own such a pup and don't mind admitting that after thirty plus years around lurchers I was amazed. So I take it by your comment and you have singled me out

    No offfence malx but to say he does well tells me you either run some bad land/ easy game or ain't seen many dogs find. The more I look at the pics the more I'm convinced that dog couldn't handle fast going fields. What is the dogs job is it For retreiving fox? Tracking deer? Or a bit of everything?

    Marshman no I wouldn't steal a dog. Or a cat or a parrot haha. But I would rob shops either shoplifting or burgling. I would try to have no direct complaint so to speak. But rather target buisnesses. But in desperate times and all that. I admit in my longcan fruitful life iv poached land and took vermin game an fishes. I'm too old for them capers today tho. But that's us me. Me being a dogman I could never steal a dog. Just like I could ndver let any harm come to any child as I'm a parent. Just because somebody is or wouldd be wiling to steal don't mean they don't have pride or morals.
