    that's all that worries me is about the work, good to hear that permission should be easy to get, we are coming to the south do they mind lamping hares? iv got full respect for the land and would also help out to earn my permission.

    hi me and my girlfriend are thinking moving to Ireland, im in the building game so would like to no what its like out there its crap here so it cant be no worse and most importantly is it hard to get permission for lamping with the dogs?

    1 run on a long ear is too much for a 8 months old dog let alone 5, especially if it's a dog pup cause its still growing,you will do more damage than good. If it's a good hare and runs the dog for too long it will break his heart and can also do damage to the lungs so I'd keep him sharp on rabbits now then introduce him later.

    There is no need for it.. and they wonder why dogs wont run for these so called dog men, the poor dog probably never had any chance to start with... people like that will tell us what good dogs they supposedly had but if there going to let there dogs get like that and expect them to perform then they will never no what a good dog is

    Hi does anyone use these new clulite rechargeable lights iv got to get new lamp kits and wondered what they were like? I used to use a tracer and can't imagine they would be as good but the idea of not carrying a heavy battery sounds good!!!

    hi I'm new on here been out of hunting with whippets for a few years now and looking to get back into it. Got a jack and her puppy she is keen and my misses has allowed me to build a new kennel for a Whippet so looking to get ready for next season and would like to meet new people with same interest.I'm from new forest Hampshire.
