  1. What does this involve ? Is it expensive ? Pom
  2. I watched the hawke promo video on YouTube (link below) and was surprised to hear their SR scopes are designed specifically for .22 not .177 I can't see an equivalent model scope for the .177 which is my preferred type. Has anyone used the SR series with a .177 successfully ? Thanks Pom
  3. I think after lots of reading, im settled on the R10 mk2 in .177
  4. just when I thought I'd came to decision! I'm liking the rapid as well now..... so, BSA utlra or R10 or AA410 or ultra.. Is there a good gunshop in Worcestershire/Gloucestershire anyone could recommend who would have all these and had a range to try them even ? thanks
  5. hmm. I must admin the ultra does look really good and not too heavy. Still no idea on the scope/reticule front, could someone link me up with a good reticule/scope combo please. cheers
  6. would I be correct in thinking longer barrel equates to better accuracy ? Reason I ask the BSA Scorpion T10, which I like a lot, is quite a bit longer than the Ultra SE which I also like. thanks
  7. thanks for the replies, budget wise 600ish for the gun, 200 for optics ? I also like the look of the BSA R-10 mk2, how does it compare to the ultra ? What optics would you advise, I saw one of Si's awsome youtube vids where he made his own reticule - what scope was that ? thanks again
  8. Been 20 years since I was last rough shooting, still have the shotgun (winchester semi) but fancy something quieter! I have a lot of land to available to shoot 100 acres, so something not too heavy to carry around. The BSA Ultra SE looks good for the money, what about scopes ? All advice appreciated.
