thanks for calling me a mug fella. appreciated! If it is true, then please tell me how i was supposed to know living a good few hundred miles away from wales. I have 2 terriers, 1 whippet (dont get her until sunday), 2 great danes, 4 cats and 3 ferrrets. I will try and get pics of them over the weekend.

A number of weeks ago my black dog covered my mates parson jack russel and last night she popped out 2 pups. I wanted a bitch and my mate wanted a dog. Well she popped out to order. We were expecting more in the litter but this was her first and a better outcome we could not have asked for as we no longer need to get rid of any spare pups and the hassle of choosing which pup to take has been removed. I'm offshore just now but hopefully will gets some pics up on tuesday or wednesday after i get home.

2 jills' 1 hob' 1 black fell terrier dog, 1 black and tan border/lakie bitch, 1 fawn great dane dog, 1 black great dane bitch, 2 cats (and about to get 2 more kittens) and my fell dog covered my mates parsons and they are due in a couple of weeks so I am getting the pick of the litter. Cheers.

I waited until mine was about 7 weeks old but then the one i kept back is a big hob anyway. all that happened was he went a bit mental trying to hump the jill and left the kit alone, one happy family now.

actually being in season is'nt going to do her "damage" but a jill in season, with a swollen vulva, which is therefore close to the ground(cage floor) is a way infection can be picked up etc, there's bound to be someone who can explain it, in better words, but if she's on her own, with the kitts, and the cage is cleaned regularly (shite corner) there should'ent be to much of a problem ok maybe saying 'doing her damage' was the wrong words to use but i was under the impression that a jill left in season too long would give her a chemical imbalance hence the reason for the hob having to b

kits are doing ok. mum not to chuffed about letting me near them so dont even know how many but i think at least eight. saw one today and its eyes were almost open so wont be long before they are out and about.

pretty sure as she was not swollen when i left to go offshore a couple of weeks ago. just got back yesterday and checked her out today. my wife split the hob and jill up as she found them locked together on saturday so i am thinking that she is actually in season.

my jill had kits about three weeks ago. i picked her up today and she looks like she is back in season, very swollen ( i have been leaving her well alone to get on with it mostly on the advice of ditchy amongst others on here). my only problem is i have just today got my hob vasectomised and i dont want her having another litter anyway. what am i going to do?

signed. had to get one of my danes tails docked, i know its not really the same as a gundog but only commenting because of the damage that was done. she licked the skin off the end completely so the vet bandaged it up. that bandage fell off within an hour so i did it. left in on for three days and when i took it off i found it had been on too tight, one dead tail for about 3 inches. vet then chopped it off but not enough, she burst it all again with her exuberant tail wagging so the vet had to chop more off. this dog is a pet so was not exactly missed in the field but a told it took 6-7 w

I have left my hob in there and he seems to be fine with them. she seems to be moving them around a bit, no great distances but from one side of the box to the other almost daily. she gives me a glimpse every now and then when i am feeding her, morning,lunch, tea and supper. doing it that way to ensure she gets more than her fair share as he would eat it all if he got the chance. anyway they all look fine and are starting to move around a bit more so fingers crossed.

had a quick look and now will leave well alone until they are coming out of there own accord. I was going to extend the court into another shed but will wait now. shed is ready to go but need to lift and shift the court to connect them up.

I have three young kids 5, 2 and 6months. I also have two terriers and two great danes. There is no way I could have any of the dogs like that, my 2year old son is always helping the dogs eat, hands in the bowl, and if they would not even dare to look at him funny. that bulldog is the result of bad training and/or bad owners! Give any dog an inch and it will take a mile. Only one dog I have ever had did not like the the kids and he was a rescue border cross. well said wilf most of the polish guys etc coming over here work there asses off doing jobs that were there for the taking before they came over just the white dole numpteys couldnt be arsed going and doing those jobs!!!!!
