As already said mate , I would use either Sportsmatch or BKL mounts. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for

Hw97K Silencer Advice Needed

There is a video on youtube, were some guy used a green pan scourer wrapped around a hair curler in his 97K . It seemed to deaden the report a bit.. But has already been said a lot of the noise comes from the action itself -
