Try training her without other distractions until she is 100% on recall or stop whistle before taking her where there are any distractions. please dont use a shock collar on such a young dog untill you have done your basic training first 100% then only as a last resort.     I think the idea is you are asked to fetch the dummies in a particular order. The dog obeys and does not choose. When two dummies are thrown in tests you will be asked to pick the first dummy thrown, as the dog is concentrating on the last dummy. Lee

    Try putting light pressure on her front paw with your foot when she wont let go, most dogs will give the dummy up when you do this. Lee swingtip gundogs

    I feed mine their normal food the night before, then depends on how much work they do in the day, if they get extra food that night. I feed all mine on green tripe, chicken carcase's, meaty bones etc ( barf), It keeps them going all day with plenty of stamina for (picking up ) Lee

    I have a mazda b2500 double cab pickup never had a days trouble with it in five years. been up the glens of scotland following game keepers in their landrovers with their off road tyres, only problem i had was knocking the rear fog light off ( grounding the rear end) I now have goodrich mud terrain tyres and she goes everywhere and the best thing is you dont have the smell of damp smelly dogs :sick: Lee
