    Lad I work with mentioned the other day about one of the fungi that foragers harvest, cannot remember if it was Birch polypore that's supposed to lessen the unwanted effects of chemo, I'll ask him which one it was, I know the Birch tree is revered as a health giver in some cultures, drinking the Birch sap etc All the best

    He looks a bit of a porker Gary, I bet he would be paggered trying to skim the slop, I liked what I seen of his Sally bitch though Incidentally I'm a bit of porker myself, seem to have developed a kite and a brace of obscure crampy twiglet legs, but am trying to remedy this by dint of marauding around on the beach slop sand and hauling arse up the big flights of steps, and have kicked the biscuits into the long grass

    I have a walk around there now and then, the reclaimed land where that huge mining bucket is, I like it when the wind blows sounds like pan pipes it's an atmospheric place

    There's 2 hares lying out enjoying the sun on the bottom pic, there's a healthy little population of hares on this small farm, it's strange in that the surrounding land doesn't hold any, they get some stick on here, but always seem to do well
