Sounds like you have some right kit between you mate! I used to have a Super 10 Bull barrell but sold about 5 years ago when times were a bit tight, regretted it ever since! Would love to come out sometime mate not bothered what quarry just nice to get back amoungst it! Whats the new lurcher you've got? never been propper lamping with dogs so would be well up for that too!

Chocolate fire gaurd... you sound like my saluki in the field mate!! Spoke to woodend earlier their shut for refurb for a few days so need to give him a bell back later in the week - thanks for that. Neither at the moment I'm afraid mate I havent shot for about 6-7 years or so apart from the odd bit of clay, used to work live on a fish farm with 300 acres of rough shoot did no end when I was there but not really done much since. Toying with going down the shotgun route but at the minute can't really justify it will see how I get on with the air riffle for a bit first, my mrs is a farm feed rep

Hi Andy, Sound I'll have ride over one night this week - I take it you can just turn up to shoot? Yes mate also have 2 lurchers have a saluki whipp grey & whipp bull grey never done much with them to be honest saluki is useless bull is ok but got her to old to bring on properly. Also got a patterdale cross wicked little ratter but getting a bit passed it now. Lads I know arn't in to country stuff so if you ever fancy some company with the lamp or gun let me know!

Evening all, I'm new to this forum and looking to get back into the hunting scene over the years I've owned ferrets & guns and currently have well 2 lurchers, I've brought myself a BSA R10 air rifle and having not shot for several years I'm looking for riffle range in the Nottingham area to get my eye back in. I have permission on a few local farms but will probably need a bit of practice before I take to the field! I found a place called woodend complex just outside Mansfield which isn't far from me - anyone have experience of the place? Cheers!
