    Best dog it ever threw was a dog called Solo from County Durham,his dam was a Minshaw bitch,Solo has taken double figure of hares on the lamp, and takes daytime hares, had 72 rabbits in a night solo, deer, things with teeth, beats with the local shoot and even retrieves ducks off water. But whether its Bob or the Minshaw bitch who gives him the class, we'll never know wel if you like that sort of thing its pretty good , but im strictly daytime mate just long ears. i prefer saluki based stuff , so minshaw aint really my thing , n this pup aint my usual cuppa tea , but its a gift

    YEP , MY CUSIN CROSSED HIM WITH A 1ST C ROSS COLLIE X GREY WELL OBVIOUSLY , BOB IS THE SIRE AND THE DAM IS A 1ST CROSS COLLIE X GREY , I KNOW THE GUY THAT ACTUALLY BRED BOB BUT AINT SEEN HIM FOR A WHILE , IT WAS INDIAN JOE THE WHIPPET X A SMALL SALUKI X GREY BITCH. SO MY PUPS MOTHER IS A 1ST CROSS COLLIE X GREY, SO IM JUST WONDERING IF THIS PUP IS GONNA HAVE THE MINERALS FOR DAYTIME ACTION AS THATS WHAT I DO WITH MY OTHER DOGS

    Any you lot had any pups bred from a dog called BOB from Longtown ??, its the father of the Cumbrian Queen which is a good bitch well from what ive saw on a DVD never had the pleasure in seeing it run for real just cos im wondering if there is anyuother good dogs or bitches came off this wee dog , ive just been given a pup so imjust curious

    The black dog (tyson) is 10months old , his mother is a pure greyhound who never ran , but apparantly her litter all made A1 grade or openclass dogs the mothers father was Tophoncho , top irish stud dog who costs 2grand a jump! The father of tyson is a Saluki x lurcher called (wolf) he is also the father to the brindle bitch in the other photos , her mother is a saluki x lurcher out of a dog called Joe she (shaddow ) is 12 months old CHAMPION looking muts their. The saluki looking brindle bitch, looks just like the father to my 5 month old pup. The best of luck with them Yy

    ok heres a link on the irish blue moiuntain hare , sorry i mean red hare....read all about it to be honest if these are thge same as the scottish mountain hare , i learn my pups on them cos they easy killed , they make good striking practice, i had a 7 1/2 month old bitch kill 10 up on Gifford moors and a 9 month old dog pup kill 7 , i thought its to cruel to run an older dog http://homepage.eircom.net/~icabs/haresurvey.pdf

    i have a lucky dog that has never lost a match,and will kill 5/5 summer ones no disrespect mate but...... you shouldnt run summer hares with experienced dogs unless you bringin a pup on, but mate can it perform winter , then you can be proud if it can well bred pups mate , be difficult to choose what litter to go for. any pics ??

    yeah your right about the way they are schooled , but i meant by fen dogs is the lads from down south not the NE lads i know a few lads over there that run scotch corner , leeming bar etc and then on the fen. but different horses different courses right ???
