  1. Ive a deben 9-13" and it serves me well for shooting over grass on a golf course I used a mates 6-9 a while ago but was too low so thats my roccomendation......
  2. A good gun when working, that was pretty abused to say the least, should be happy with it now though..
  3. I had one,not an xl the One before it was a great little gun,got me plenty of squirrel and pigeon it did me proud until i got a hw97 which in all honestly is a better rifle but this is a perfectly capable gun and I for one would reccomend it,I would say though if you have a bit more money there are better options,if this is your final decision though it is a good choice...
  4. I had squirrel for the first time in years a few months back and it is a very nice meat,we roasted it over a fire and it turned out ok so if you are cookin one properly with salt and pepper etc you should really enjoy,I dont get the chance to hunt the little buggers much anymore but if I did they would defo be on the menu!
  5. The prosport is considered to be the best springer there is,could you not keep it and get an s200 as well? God I wish I kept my hw97k! I think despite how good the s200 is people will say keep the prosport. Just off to search for a good old springer...
  6. I own both the raider(2 shot) and hw100t (a&m cylinder) and the hw is much better all round,I bought both used so prices were different for me (£280 and £500) but even if buying new i would rather fork out the extra for the hw,go and have a look/play with each I think you'll agree! Also I owned an s410c and was a great gun but my favourite is the weihrauch,my friend has an ultra which is also good but I dont think i'd choose one, hope this helps a bit! I know what choosing is like cus I only bought my hw100t a couple of months ago and theres so much good stuff to choose from it can be a hea
  7. That must be a good system for when you flick the lamp onto an open area to give you an idea of distance instead of stickin to certain known spots using markers,do you use two stock switches and how is it mounted? Thanks,
  8. Hi I am just after any típs on this,at the moment I shoot selected spots which I know approximate ranges on either by markers which are already in place ie trees or fenceposts,or knowing the rough distance to a certain spot, this is working for me and i shoot my fair share but was curious as to how others may do it,also can,if at all a lrf be used in low light/darkness? Thanks..
