Im not giving mine dry food at all just now as the water bottles are freezing in no time, the dry stuff makes mine thirsty as feck. -

fair play mate,its just somthing i have never done. do you run them whilethey are having a phantom? I have mate, once shes out either with the ferrets or lamp she gets her hunting head on and shes fine, back in the house she goes back to be a mopey pain in the arse

I work mine in season and always have done for 20 odd year, i keep mine pretty fit and if i thought they were not running ok in season i wouldnt run them, mines can be a bit clingy after a season and has had phantoms but take her out and switch on the lamp and its buisiness as usal.

Well the ferret wasnt as bad tonight when i checked her after work, still no her usual bouncy self but shes not trying to twist her head around 360 degrees, i took her to the vets with the dog and she got a steroid injection and a course of antibiotics, just have to wait and see now, cheers for the replys

its the wee bitch i got off you, it might be something in her ear but shes really slow and lethargic and no right at all, shes in with my neutered hob and he can be a bit rough with the bitches it might be an injury by him trying to neck her??, taking the dog to vets tomorrow so if ferrets no any better i'll let him have a look .

I went to feed my ferrets tonight and one of my jills is'nt right, shes very slow and lethargic and is trying to twist her head round as far as she can, i cleaned them out last night and she was running about the garage fine, anybody seen this before????

Get up with the lamp when your off, at least you will know what kind of numbers are on it and if its worth the travelling. I know of a wee dog thats bursting for a good run

My 3yr old bitch has it, her hair on her back legs thinned and fell out at about a year old, tried benzol benzate, it never worked so i left her alone, it does not bother her at all.
