Thought i would share my latest mount it was taken by a lady stalker earlier this year this was her first roe, hasnt got great antlers but the lady wanted it doing. Unfortunately it was cut way to short on the neck but i think it has come reasonably well let us know what you chaps think cheers.

Yes mate best way just reattach after you have cleaned and whited. Cut the pedicles nice and tight to the coronet then drill up the antler and pedicle put a small threaded rod in and glue.

get yourself a bottle of velvet cure from JHT Taxidermy supplies you inject it into the the antler velvet which cure the velvet.

That's right mate any bird of pray will need a A10 but nothing for some of our rare little birds it doesn't make any sense But you did the right thing it's just not worth it cheers.

I know pete it's DEFRA I think, but it's criminal having to lob them but it's just not worth the agro mate as I'm sure your well aware.

Hi pete badgers and martins are ok if there road kill and you can prove where they have come from or by where they came from but otters no no you need a special licence and there only given if the animal is to be used in a museum or for educational ie schools colleges uni. It's the same for the scotish wild cat those two species you can't even have in your possession even if you have acquired them legally stupid I know and a terrible waist cheer.

Hi Neil yes mate it was taken of the Yorkshire moors last winter a keeper friend sends them down to me and I work on them through the year cheer.
