    Never worked any of my stinkers with dogs. Dnt know how they would react being honest. Glad both are ok though. How would you introduce a ferret to a dog ....bound to attack if mine are anything to go by.

    Thats the way to do it mate....just keep giving them a bashing regulary before end of season. If shown to be up there often doing what you said you would then you may get more permos if the fella recommends ya...its often the way it goes

    Hey Colin, welcome aboard. You can buy nets off a few of the lads on here, or if your adventurous you can make your own. Stay well clear of the bisleys from the local gunshops not worth a tosh but on saying that i got about ten here you can have to start yourself off with for free. Im in the city so can meet up if you want them just let me know. Im makng me own so not be using them in a hurry again Have you got permissions sorted out yet? If not get knocking on a few doors and get yourself sorted some permo before the end of the season . May even offer you a day out if you got locator or

    honestly it doesnt take long to learn making them. I used this vid to start me off and ok i messed up the first two itried but after that im flying. Ive been out tried and tested my nets and was using shop bought for years, even only after one session with the stinkers i wont be using my bisleys again. A lot easier to set and 10 times easier to pack up with 90% less crap being snagged in them. Best bet is buy a few of one of the lads here and then try them out and then when you see the difference in quality and ease of use .....then venture into making your own

    Started making mine last week and got 23 done so far. Passes the time in the evenings and a lot more satisfying and ye can make them any size that suits....and dont take long to learn how to make them

    Personal preference whether you eat it, feed your stinkers with them or your dogs. Personal opinion after seeing a rabbit with mixie the last thing im thinking, is how its going to be cooked . Horrible disease and not very appealing to my pallette.............dispatch and bury for me ....but just my opinion, each to there own....plenty of healthy bunnies about (round my way) so no need to be a beggar :boogy:
