I think your an exception to be honest youngster ,reading your posts you have trained and been strongly involved in health and fitness all your life ,an average fella in his mid fifties after twenty or so years of not training is never going to get to the levels of when he was thirty . I would advise BB to get involved and active but be gentle with himself ,pushing yourself is disaster waiting to happen (I know you didn't tell him to push himself ) But I have been wrong before ,and I know there are a lot on here with more knowledge than me .

I know it was only pathetic little Sunderland and nobody considers it a big deal beating them and watching the stadium empty ,and that they are nailed on certainties to go down and nobody will miss them from the big league but it was a good second half performance from EFC ,they look a top six team .
