The last time Russia moved in on Ukraine it went from being the most productive food growing land in Europe ,to six million people starving to death ,,the Russians had to put posters up staying it was illegal to eat your children,the Kulags were shipped to Siberia or killed it took half a century to get somewhere back to where it was ....isn't there a saying about not learning from history and being doomed to repeat it ? ,

Doormen don't make the rules for dress policy in pubs and clubs ,they have to explain it when refusing entry to people ,who are sometimes under the influence and tending towards the belligerent ,why on earth would you visit their house for doing a difficult job .

TB ,when I say be honest with yourself ,I don't mean make a long list of your shortcomings (we all have them )and make yourself even more depressed ,I mean be honest about everything ,faults ,strengths ,dreams ,hopes ,aspirations ,most of all ask yourself "do I really want to change things ?" If the honest answer is yes then you have it within you to , ,by small baby steps ,by the slightest daily improvement ,,to make the changes ,aim to be ever so slightly better than you were yesterday ,it will start an unstoppable snowball you will surprise yourself the strength you have ......you must quit
