    One of my scopes is borked so i was looking to replace it with this model Hawke Panorama EV 4-12x40 AO i have looked on Deben's webpage but the waranty info is limited. Some hawke scopes come with a non transferable limited lifetime warranty which is ideal as it is for a springer but all it says on the webpage is Hawke Worldwide Warranty Wherever you are in the world, you can confidently purchase Hawke products, knowing they will give you years of trouble free service. cheers for any replies

    Hi Tony Rm have seized a co2 pistol coppied from Bbs parcelforce 48 is now the approved way to send i sent a co2 pistol (no co2 or pellets where included)by next day del with royal mail over 1 month ago they seized it and have it on hold saying it is a suspicious item and may be disposed of i have spent hours on the phone to them and have got noware/ there are others in the same situation as well/ i have been told by them i should have sent it p48! although they will accept air pistols and airguns they may well hold it and treat it the same way so beware here's the link http://www.

    They have a flat steel plate on the bottom with holes drilled to bolt to a bracket. most clubs have brackets with a spike on or they ratchet stap the bracket to a tree or post you could put them on the ground and secure them with tent pegs but if it was my money i would wait and get a resettable target.

    Hi Tony here's another Rm gun seizure coppied from the consumer action group forum Me V's Royal Mail (advice needed! I have had an ongoing problem with Royal Mail now for over 1 year, which has led me through all of their complaints procedures, then onto POSTR's and finally small claims.     A Bbs member has had his Fx verminator seized by Rm copied from Bbs I sent a fx verminator to Scotland on Tuesday in its original case bubble wrapped and in cardboard box..by rmsd £25 with compensation of £500 as its inside their package requirments... it was stopped at stanstead airport as a suspicious package and was told on Wednesday when I rang royal mail it would be going by road. ive checked the tracking n0 again today and it says its on its way progressing through their system..so ive rang them today aswell to be told as it was a suspect package its now on its way to Belfast to be

    Ask another club member to shoot a group with it I always do this to eliminate my shooting as being the problem The Lgv is not supposed to be hold sensitive Is the trigger set up to your liking Did you get the new scope by post or courier

    try the scope on your other guns the 97 or tx, you know they are accurate so it will be easy to see if its the scope that's the problem. what do you mean by shorten the 'lop' whats that? something to do with the barrel? might have fuuucked the accuracy up by doing that...? Lop is length of pull the stock has been shortened

    I tried it today for the first time and im struggling to get any accuracy out of it at all. The lgv would hit nearly pellet on pellet for 2 or 3 shots then be an inch high then left then right I could not get it to group consistently at all. The consistency is good. exact 4.52 s is a good pellet in these guns check the stock screws are tight clean the barrel try a different scope check the barrel locks up nicely check play between the barrel and breech jaws I had a similar problem with 2 guns 1 had play in the stock mounting bracket the other had a fecked scope the lgv has a very qui

    I had a think about this these pumps need 2 valves to work.your pump has no rubber ball and the valve is different to pw104 and there was no spring also it was on top of part 5 this means it must do the job of the rubber ball and seal on the down stroke/and let air in on the up stroke. I think the other valve with the spring will be the same as pw104 and be between part 5 and 7

    I think the best plan would be to contact asi or fx obtain the correct schematic diagram blueprint it to the diagram. Have you stripped it since it was working maybe an o ring has picked up or torn

    5 should unscrew from 7 inside is the check valve + o ring pw104 and spring cs782 a worn check valve o ring is the most common problem with these pumps

    Also check the purge valve rubber ball part 32 the problem with these pumps is there's feck all on web about servicing them
