I had them for years and they all went to ground and worked.Plummers are odd dogs but with sensible handling they are terrefic allrounders. Some lines enter quicker than others. I had mainly Coalville stuff

Personally I don't see the reason,other maybe a bit more earthdog. As far as a bushing machine a Plummer needs no infusion of any breed . Let alone a Patterdale. The Patterdales skill is earthwork, not bushing.
