Thankfully ballbags like that aren't taken seriously as their views hold no logic and are usually argumentative do gooding tossers. In the R.O.I there is a list of breeds that you can't keep/own on a council estate and certain breeds that have to be muzzled. I think it was compromise instead of banning breeds outright. On saying that I don't know how well its policed. We can say all day long big bad breeds etc but would you leave a young child with 4 or 5 shitzus or jack russels? It also boils down to pack mentality for which you only need 2 dogs and also their teratorial behaviour.

But they would have been serviced regularly. Ive thought of getting one for a while now as abit of a project. Might get one over summer and have a tinker about with it. Ive never realy done much mechanical stuff before but im sure ill manage with it. Cant be much ahrder than meccano eh? haha There is an MOD or associated website that sells all the landies and other vehicles. They also advertise in Landrover Owner magazine. It's says its a 2600cl and also has 50 Hz written on it. Have lost the destruction booklet so can't give any more details. Sure it was hp.

Thanks for that its given all the info I need. The Drowes looks good for a few days away. Only prob is my boiler bill came in and it made my eyes water so the rod has taken a back seat for a short while.

I have gas hob and a gas fire, couple of torches and plenty of candles. Also have a 2.4 hp genny but never used. Anyone any idea what it would power?

Best advert for Hilux/Toyota was Top Gear, what they put the Hilux through and the engine still started. I had a land cruiser 3 lt and it was the best vehicle I've owned. Like driving in an armchair and it was excellent off road. I had to sell it as my mileage has more than doubled since I bought it and the missus is expecting again however I will own one again. Fourtraks are good jeeps. Have you tried sourcing a 4x4 from Ireland as most can be found in commercial models. -

I've kept up with this thread from the start and am impressed with everyone's honesty. I like to think that if any of my kids turned out gay it wouldn't bother me but who knows, maybe it would maybe it wouldn't however if they were very brash and flamboyant eg Rylan & Louis Spence then I would be annoyed as I dont like in your face people be it sexuality religion politics etc. One thing I would say that to say or imply someone is homophobic because they don't like it or would be upset/dissapointed etc if their kid,mates sporting hero was gay is a bit strong. Someone in the ins co. messed up and someone just noticed as did the employer thieving shit. Get proof from the ins co then confront ballbag with it. Would been accused of been a thief hurt his rep if there is proof, if so do it some damage also threaten to pay the Gardai a visit see if he then coughs up. Hope you get your money back. If he doesn't pay up when he goes on holiday for a week or two don't drop a dozen or so mice in the letterbox, as they can do a lot of damage

Ireland can be expensive but if you had a look at Donegal you can go as remote as you like or as close to a town as you like. Expense wise it will be nowhere near the obvious tourist traps. Don't dismiss anywhere until you've had a looksie on the net. Hope this helps.

The more you question the more shit you'll receive. No family is perfect but my advice would be to give them a wide berth for the time being and let your missus deal with it, that's what I do with my in laws.

Evening folks, As per the title I am trying to find out about decent rods that could double as a trout rod as well. I am new to fishing but have a salmon river nearby and have been meaning to take it up for a few years now. The river is wide in some places so this may influence the length. Thanks in advance.
