  3. Bunnyblatter, I was thinking that but it's not in the shooting budget yet aha Bigmac 97kt, this makes sense aha. I will try what you said out over the next fortnight or so and hopefully I'll get a bigger bag than just the one aha. Thank you both for your tips, it's appreciated Atb
  4. Hey guys, I've recently acquired a new rabbit perm. The only problem the little buggers are very shy and wary, they do not lamp well and you can barely get in range for a shot before they bolt for their warren! The perm is a football club that is used only 2 days a week so they're used to being on their own. Have any of you got any tips for me? Would be much appreciated as their is about 30 - 40 in each field... TIA

  14. Excellent write up! I compleatly agree with you... PCP you dont get a feel for the shot or kill, but with a spring rifle you can almost feel the quarry go down. Its the feeling that hones your marksmanship skills and make the shoot worth while, whether it is at a target or live quarry. ATB Jamie
  15. Good shooting lads! I've yet to go on my first 2013 shoot due to some unfortunate car trouble. I cant wait to get out there ad test out some of my christmas presents! ATB Jamie

  17. Would love to help you out here, but i'm affraid i'm going to need a bit more information about your rifle. ATB Jamie
  18. Try holding the rifle really lightly, spring guns need to be allowed to recoil forwards and backwards. Its qurie hit and miss (quite litrally). Watch this, it will teach you how to hold a springer correctly, really helped me. ATB Jamie
  19. i havent had a look yet, i will go this weekend. i was thinking about making one but they have a non standard battery screw cap. as for the filters, i havent put any on yet so i cant comment, but i plan to put a red one on at some point. but i have heard the sugnificantly reduce the range. i think what i will do is use this one as it is until i have a bit of disposable cash (which is quite hard to come by when you're 19 and drive whilst still at college) then i will buy a tracer GL2 or GL4 and use this one as a little spotting/handheld lamp. its rated at 120 lumens and on a winter
