    went out for a walk around to shoot a few crows thismorning and thort id take the terriers with me for a run out. just to waste some time realy. about halfway across a grass field and the dogs put a hair out of its seat an off like idiots then thinking there lurchers. i wouldent realy worry to much normaly as thev got no chance of catching them. but this patch is next to a bissy road and the hair was taking them towards the road hedge. so im shouting like f**k nearly lost my voice. and thay just keep on going. luckaly the hair decided to turn and head more or less back the way he came and by t

    havent got a clue mate. but if its a big patch you can stand there kicking it all day an nuthins coming out. an it saves geting all torn up by brambles if you have a little dog to go in there and flush it out. its kind of the point of this new section thav set up for us.

    as above wat do you look for in ur dogs? theres the obivious things like good nose giving voice stamina etc.. somthing i like about my own dog is versatility. she will run with hounds. i can use her for beating on phesant shoots.work with lurchers. ratting with other dogs. rough shooting. and shes been known to bolt the odd fox. l

    i no this has been said before. but the site could benifit from a section devoted to bushing terriers and there verious crosses. have the mods ever considerd seting it up?

    went over to a mates house for a bbq an some beers. today with the 2terriers. pulled up in the yard and first thing i see f**k thav gone and got chickens! my first thort was o well dogs are gona have to sit in the van all day. but it was a nice hot day to hot for them to stay in the van so i thort id give them a chance and see how thay got on. thay are 100% with all other live stock but iv never had chance to brake them with chickens. and the bitch did kill one once [BANNED TEXT] she was 8 months. eanyway after about 20 mins of cursing little smack on the nose etc.. thay got the mesage look at
