  1. Those are hard facts marra. Try telling that to towny mongs though...
  2. Haha! Paramilitary might be a bit strong mate. There is always a line for me. In the street, as soon as somebody puts their hands on me, it's past the point of no return. Getting hit with a sign is crossing that imaginary line in my opinion. And if you're willing to do it, you better be willing to get something coming back your way.
  3. I support Celtic as well, and there's all the old tension etc. and the jokes and piss taking when the news came put about gers in trouble. a lot of my mates who we drive up to park head with for some games was laughing at rangers when they went down. As a lad who lives south of the border, I can appreciate that the spl has been since I can remember, a two horse race. I didn't take too much joy in it because I know that the spl was ruined the day that rangers went down. However ally wants a slap. He's got too much free reign of funds by the sounds of it and the board need to have a word. Th
  4. Not only that socks, id employ the replacements on the basis that they throttle the first smelly hippy f****r that got anywhere near me. Then take them for a "quiet word" afterwards. Break the legs of the first one and word will spread haha!
  5. That's all I did sky cat. Worked a treat. She wasn't screaming at first but as soon as she felt she was being "led" in a certain direction, she resisted. And it's a gun dog slip lead I have her on so as she pulled back it tightened round her neck. She then flew into a blind panic and screamed like a banshee. I had a collar on her from day one, but the only thing that helped is putting a lead on her round the house and garden, then up and down the road, then to the field where I took her lead off, and then back from the field. Slowly but surely built up. Now I only have it on her when w
  6. A lot of parties throwing stones in their glass houses too trying to drag UKIPs name through the dirt...as if they are all absolutely clean cut and exemplary themselves. Only idiots forget all of the stuff the other parties have done over the years. There's only one political party that keeps making the papers at the minute, and that just goes to show how scared people are at the success they've been having. People are waking up.
  7. Not sure how many lads will remember this forum, but i hope they dont start looking back at things posted in the past, and stay well away from 4chan /b/
  8. arturo gatti, edwin valero, and juan manuel marquez are 3 of my favourite boxers of all time. strangely all very similar, come forward aggressive fighters, and two of them having very chaotic private lives, and unfortunately ending in their death.
  9. Thats what you get when you treat a group of people like animals for so long. they've been persecuted, attacked, raped and murdered by muslim gangs for years. They've simply reached boiling point. No sympathy.
  10. definitely...too little too late? I think it might be, and if they get in the country is in for a bigger shake up since maggie.
  11. I say it no matter what creed, colour, back ground, or who you believe is up in the sky over looking what we do. If you kill or rape, for me there is only one justice, and that is a long drop, and a sharp stop at the end of a rope. There is a special place in hell reserved for people who do harm to children. God bless little man, at peace in the arms of the angels now.
  12. thats pretty nice made that a few weeks back just before christmas...and simple too. I just did it with some new potatoes on the side, nob of butter and some chopped mint over the tatties.
  13. this ^ My mate has a saluki grey. nightmare around sheep, always has been, no amount of training has stopped her doing it. So whenever hes around sheep shes on a lead. she walks calmly beside him on a lead, doesnt even look their way. But its as if as soon as the lead comes off, she thinks its game time if there is anything within the vicinity that she classes as 'fair game' she'll have it. sheep are the biggest she's gone for. fine with dogs, cracking on rabbits, even big fast ones So all he does is lead her up in a field with sheep. provided you're not a sheep farmer or running per

  15. Not that trophys are a bad thing Born Hunter, i was more trying to say, all people seem to want is the trophy. Not the meat, not the experience, not the day out on a good stalk, just the head, and bragging rights. For example these dick heads who pay big bucks to shoot endangered creatures in africa and stuff, purely for a stuffed lion for the billiards room at the manor. Not to eat the meat. Just to have it stuffed for bragging rights over brandy and a cigar. c**ts.
  16. I've got feck all constructive to add to this as I'm not soldier but got a mate who's high up in RAF Regt. and they obviously have to do their annual fitness test, he said exactly the same, loads of youngsters that have excellent cardio but no upper/core body strength. They can run miles in minutes and score high on bleep test but can't pull/press up for shit. Out of interest how strict are the army on press up/sit up form? The Royal Marines press ups are those elbows tucked into your sides ones, absolutely smash your triceps! I see a lot of people think they know what each exercise is but
  17. Thats the thing isnt it mate, we can't defend ourselves as genuine hunters when lads are doing stuff like this. It looks barbaric even to lads who hunt so god knows how it looks to antis. hopefully the government will have to make some cut backs, so we might have an open season on these dole grabbing trackie wearing pretend hunters. Only use 308 calibre so we make sure they stay down once hit. usually found feeding on ginsters pasties and jps blue out the back of shops and on kids play parks after 9pm.
  18. Id much rather have the meat than a trophy. The country seems full of trophy hunters, most just want to take photos and post photos on facebook groups of their dogs taking deer, charlie and long eared. Personally Id rather nobody knew i hunted and i just cracked on with the sports i love, and always had a freezer full. The only excuse for keeping trophys like this is hunting lads, on a genuine paid for deer stalk wanting to remember a special day when they took a big majestic looking animal...and even then im sure the head is a sideline to the meat that they got from it and the experience

  20. Hill sprints sound like a good plan however fartlek unfortunately we dont have lampposts here! I'll just have to guess a rough distance but I will give both a go. Cheers guys just time it. sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 30 to start out with. then reduce rest time. another good thing for leg stamina, is running up and down stairs. we used to do it at boxing. 3 minute rounds, up and down stairs, 30 seconds/1 minute rest. I boxed for years and it took a while to find a trainer that wasnt out dated. A lot of them still want you up at 5am, eating raw eggs and running 10 mile 'slow p
  21. best thing that got my run times down was hill sprints, and fartlek training. find a hill, not too steep, and belt up it fast as you can. walk back down, repeatx10. can do it on a flat surface too, but hill is better. Jog to the hill to warm up, stretch off so you dont kill yourself or tear something. then crack on. fartlek is 5 mile run, in the middle of it, sprint for 2 lamp posts, walk for 1. do that for a couple of mile. then run home. Both of these got my run times down immensley, I was running 7 mile in about 45 minutes.
  22. done, still losing a landslide though. feel like Im stood with an ice pick on the titanic.
  23. water gain on creatine is only for the first couple of weeks of taking it. you lose the 'water weight' after that. I know this article is on a bodybuilding site, and aimed at gym goers, but the facts on creatine is what you're after. Have a read anyone who is unsure, there is a lot of myths surrounding it. Being lumped in with steroids and other crazy nonsense http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/creatine_supplement_facts.htm
  24. A fish has lost its life, a golf course ruined, going to cost money and all you can do is make fish based puns...you buoys have no sole.
